Motoren i disse fly er ogs\u00e5 fremstillet af Jabiru i Australien. Disse betegnes typisk som Jabiru UL450, Jabiru UL-C og Jabiru SK.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-full\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"800\" height=\"534\" src=\"https:\/\/jabiru.dk\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/09\/oy9335-1.jpg\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-66\" srcset=\"https:\/\/jabiru.dk\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/09\/oy9335-1.jpg 800w, https:\/\/jabiru.dk\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/09\/oy9335-1-300x200.jpg 300w, https:\/\/jabiru.dk\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/09\/oy9335-1-768x513.jpg 768w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 800px) 100vw, 800px\" \/><figcaption class=\"wp-element-caption\">Eksempel p\u00e5 tidligere model Jabiru 450UL<\/figcaption><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p>Vingerne p\u00e5 de tidligere modeller blev produceret frem til ca 2004 havde alle \u201ddry wings\u201d som er en vingekonstruktion med solid foam(skum) bekl\u00e6dt med glas\/epoxy komposit. Disse vinger er ligeledes begr\u00e6nset til MTOW p\u00e5 450 kg. Benzintanken er placeret bag s\u00e6derne i kabinen.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-columns is-layout-flex wp-container-core-columns-is-layout-28f84493 wp-block-columns-is-layout-flex\">\n<div class=\"wp-block-column is-layout-flow wp-block-column-is-layout-flow\">\n<p>De senere Jabiru fly har en noget st\u00f8rre kabine, som giver en bedre komfort. I Danmark findes der to forskellige typer henholdsvis Jabiru J170 UL med en MTOW p\u00e5 airframe p\u00e5 ligeledes 450 kg, og Jabiru J170 med MTOW p\u00e5 600 kg.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Disse Jabiru fly har \u201dwet wings\u201d med benzintanke i vingerne, og en lille headertank p\u00e5 6 L i kabinen.
